Minority Undergrad Students with Good Grades: Contact us to receive information about a Full Scholarship opportunity.

The United States Air Force has a mentoring program for minority college students. This program is called the Officer Recruiting Diversity Program (ORDP). College students participating in ORDP DO NOT have a military service obligation.

Participating in the ORDP gives unique access to information and experiences that enhance minority students´ ability to compete for Air Force ROTC College scholarships. ORDP is specially designed to help students, who are high school seniors through college sophomores, improve their ability to qualify for Air Force ROTC Scholarships. Our experienced Air Force connected mentors and program staff are dedicated to providing the practical information needed for academic and career success.

Qualifications of the program for College Students include:

  • Being a freshman or sophomore or being able to attend AFROTC for a minimum of two full academic semesters.
  • Having no civil involvements or being eligible to obtain a waiver for any civil involvements including traffic violations
  • Being able to receive a bachelor´s degree prior to reaching 27 years of age
  • Having a valid and current driver´s license, and or optimally, having a valid and current private pilot´s license
  • Being enrolled full-time in a university or college that offers Air Force ROTC, or enrolled full-time and attending ROTC at a nearby campus

Financial Benefits of an AFROTC Scholarship include:

  • $15,000 - $3,000 per year scholarships

Here´s a real chance to become a high-performance leader and enjoy a lifetime of success. The scholarship is an important step towards a commission as an officer in the United States Air Force. Contact us now and get started by completing the online scholarship application. One of our staff mentors will gladly help students determine if they meet ORDP´s educational and physical qualifications. The obligation to the Air Force does not begin until receipt and acceptance of an AFROTC Scholarship.
